She also helps lead and support the Outreach Ninjas team, improving outreach operations, hitting goals and keeping things running smoothly, and is training for the Deputy Team Lead role.
She has been with SearchTides since 2022. Before joining, she worked in procurement and finance at Oregon Health & Science University (OHSU), where she built a strong foundation in communication, coordination and operations.
