Role Overview
SearchTides is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Content Editor to join our industry-leading SEO and link-building agency. If you have strong editorial skills with a keen eye to detail and a deep understanding of how to ensure backlinks and anchor text are seamlessly integrated into high-quality articles, this could be your perfect fit.
As part of our Content Team, you will be responsible for reviewing and polishing articles created by our writers, ensuring they meet our quality standards and guidelines. This role requires strong editorial skills, precision, and a commitment to maintaining consistency across all content.
The ideal candidate is a team player who is willing to deliver value-driven content for different industries: sports betting, casino & gambling, and finance.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure all articles meet our quality standards and guidelines
- Proofread and edit articles for grammar, clarity, tone, SEO optimization
- Ensure correct link placement
- Enhancing sentence structure and flow
- Verify the accuracy of content and double-check facts cited in the article
- Attend meetings to improve quality
Qualifications
- Native English speaker or Advanced Proficiency
- Proven experience in editing and proofreading skills for the web (+1 year)
- Excellent attention to detail
- Familiarity with AI-assisted writing and the ability to polish AI articles into human-quality content
- Good time management skills and reliability in meeting deadlines
- Professional attitude toward communication, deadlines, revisions and feedback
- Proficiency with Google Suite, Gmail, Slack
- Must have access to a computer and reliable internet
- Comfortable working independently
Nice-to-Haves
We’d love if you have:
- Previous experience in industries such as sports betting, casino, gambling, or finance
- Experience with databases such as SeaTable or AirTable
