JOB TITLE: Head of Partnerships

LOCATION: 100% Remote (PST-EST required – USA or Canada preferred)

JOB TYPE: Full-Time, Permanent

REPORTS TO: Head of Operations

SearchTides is seeking a seasoned Head of Partnerships to build and nurture relationships, organize events, and to provide value to our clients and partners (current and future). This individual will work closely with the Head of Operations and CEO, primarily focusing on growth initiatives and developing strategic partnerships.

What does a day in this role look like?

An ongoing KPI to establish new partnerships

As the most important and consistent initiative you have, you’ll develop and execute a comprehensive partnership strategy to build and nurture relationships with existing and potential partners, including non-SEO service companies and marketing agencies.

 

Nurturing existing relationships

You’ll have an ongoing charge to figure out new ways to further working relationships with our existing partners and any recently developed ones

 

Managing SearchTides monthly digital events

Less of a daily focus, SearchTides hosts monthly digital events. You will own this effort as it will tuck into new partnership opportunities.

For the above initiatives around new and existing partnerships, it may make sense to travel, and we want you to be open to that 🙂

  • Strong networking and relationship-building skills (you already have a network of your own as well)
  • You know how to speak with company stakeholders who have been in the SEO/agency world as long (or maybe even longer!) than you
  • Experience working remotely
  • You never tire of meeting new people and learning how we can help them

Compensation is $130k-$150k per year, with an opportunity for profit share beginning in year two
