Role Overview
We’re hiring a technically strong AI Visibility Specialist who understands how code, data, and AI shape modern search and discovery. This role focuses on the deep understanding and leveraging of LLM tools. Building automation, interpreting AI-driven insights, and shaping the technical roadmap that drives visibility across search engines and LLMs.
You’ll work across national-scale sites, complex systems, and evolving AI-search environments making sure our clients visibility improves for high value prompts.
Your Core KPI is improving your clients’ AI Visibility following our AI Undercurrent methodology.
Key Responsibilities
- Build or support the implementation of the AI Visibility roadmap for large or national-level websites (on-page, off-page, infrastructure)
- Diagnose and resolve issues related to AI Visibility gaps and opportunities
- Use AI-driven tools to analyze search behavior, entities, content gaps, data layers, and alignment with our AI Undercurrent framework
- Track algorithm updates and AI Visibility evolution (e.g., AI Overviews, LLM responses) and adjust strategy to strengthen signal
Report on performance, insights, and technical impact - Develop SOPs for internal and external teams to follow based on AI strategy
- Present deliverables to clients (this is a client-facing role)
Qualifications
- 2+ years’ experience working on large-scale or national SEO/AEO/GEO campaigns
- Strong technical LLM expertise: prompt development, automation, experimentation, data analysis
- Working proficiency in HTML, JavaScript, and at least one scripting language
- Experience with AI-driven SEO tools, entity extraction, and/or familiarity with how AI systems interpret and rank content
- Experience with Schema creation and implementation
- Highly analytical, comfortable with data, experimentation, and solving hard technical problems
- Self-starter with a proactive mindset and the ability to operate independently in a fast-moving environment
Nice-to-Haves
We’d love if you have:
- Experience building custom SEO tools or automation
- Marketing or agency experience
- Knowledge of AI-search trends, LLM behavior, and generative visibility challenges
- Familiarity with frameworks similar to our AI Undercurrent (Identity, Language, Distribution, Data, Integrity)
- Experience working remotely with a global team
