The Ideal Candidate
We’re seeking a fully capable AI advertising creative to craft compelling video and image content for advertisements and social media content. Ideal candidates traits include:
- You are a professional English speaker (this is a requirement)
- You are constantly trying every new AI gen tool that comes on to the market, knowing that each one could change the way you create video
- Your deep knowledge of tools and what is possible enables you to produce the highest quality product, because you know what is feasible
- Fantastic video editor in general
- Background in film, arts, or video production
- You’re obsessed with this industry in general, spending tons of time every day prompting and pushing the envelope of what is possible
- This is a full time role
Full Responsibilities
Creative Development
- Conceptualize and develop unique ideas for social media ad campaigns.
- Create detailed shot lists and scripts that blend traditional storytelling with AI-generated content.
Post-Production & Editing:
- Execute advanced video editing using tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar software.
- Integrate AI tools into the editing process to enhance efficiency and creative output.
Technology & Industry Expertise:
- Continuously research and implement the latest advancements in AI video creation and digital media technologies.
- Experiment with new techniques and platforms, always aiming for the highest quality end product.

Compensation
Salary for this role is $50k-70k, dependent upon:
- Autonomous ability and range of content able to be produced, as determined during the interview process (aka current skillsets and abilities)
- The cost of living in applicants country
